Hey Steve,
Tables have turned, and I am doing the walk-through morning check-in on you today.
Hoping you receive this in good spirits and that you are taking control.
I truly miss having you around the office, it's always nice knowing that I am not alone in this mental health journey and I want you to know how much of an impact you have made on me with your genuine nature.
Victoria is the same except they are finishing up the excavation next door with exciting dynamite blasts a few times a day.
I'll check in again.

Hi Steve,

I hope your time away, getting assistance is helpful and gets you back to a great state of mind.

Hope to see you back on the Island soon.

Take care,

Lorne

Steve when I heard this news at the BC Chiefs conference I got a lump in my throat having read both your books and meeting you in person at the Career Chiefs meeting in Victoria I wanted to reach out to you and say that I am thinking about you and send you healing wishes during this time, you are not alone we are all here for you! Take care.

Steve,

I am proud of you for taking this time for yourself, you deserve to look after yourself when you have been looking after everyone else for the vast majority of your whole life. Dad would be very happy and proud that you are doing this for you and your wonderful family. You got this, life is precious and you will come out of this stronger and better for it. We will catch some fish once you are back in the saddle. See ya soon. Sean
