Hi Deputy, I'm sorry that you are having a tough go of it at this time but totally understand that things build up.
I wish you a speedy recovery and hope you are back to 100 percent sooner then later, all the best Kaj.

Hi Steve,
Yesterday I stood at the podium and talked to the membership about how you and I had planned to be up there together talking about self care and being in each others corner to support when needed. I went on to say how now we need to support you.

I hope it’s going well and that you are finding time, space and tools to develop a new plan/program/routine… that works for you now and long into your retirement.

I flew to Victoria for the day today for my daughter Georgia’s graduation from UVIC. They talked about being proud of your accomplishments, showing up, hope and using your education to make community better . Sound familiar?

Take care, looking forward to connecting when you can.
