Hey Steve,

I’ve been thinking about you and just wanted to send some good energy your way. You’ve always been a steady presence and mentor for me—someone I’ve looked up to and learned a lot from. The way you’ve carried yourself, even through the hard times, has left a lasting impact on me.

I know things might feel heavy right now, but I want you to know I believe in you—always have. You’re not alone in this, and I’m here if you ever want to talk, vent, or just sit in silence. You’ve helped guide me through tough moments in my journey, and I’m standing with you now in yours.

Miss yah buddy,

Paul Jaswal

Steve. My dear friend and writer, I offer you this wisdom from a Japanese elder: “Study and learn as if you are going to live to 120 years. And live as if today is all you have.” I know you will make the most of this opportunity. I know you will find the courage to do the work. You have helped so many. Now it is your turn to benefit from help. 💕 L

Steve:

You are one of my most favourite people on earth. You are a very special person loved by so many. You are endlessly selfless, kind, and passionate about everything you do. It’s your nature to serve others, to care, and to lead with courage.

You are strong and resilient. The tricky part is the strength and steadiness you show on the outside isn’t necessarily reflective of what’s going on, on the inside. Your external resilience has carried you far, but deep and lasting healing means turning inward and doing the work your heart and soul have been waiting for.

You’ve carried so much for so long, both personally and professionally, and all those quiet moments that no one else may fully see or understand. That takes a toll, even for someone as strong and capable as you. Steve you are a leader in everything you do, and now you have a chance to lead in your own healing, your own happiness, and your own future.

This time away is about you. About giving yourself the same compassion, time and support that you so willingly give to everyone around you. So, I hope this program is healing for you. I wish you an open heart, a clear mind, and the patience to sit with all that comes up. Allow yourself to be honest, take the space you need, and find your rainbow. 🌈

You deserve to experience the full benefit of what life has to offer; peace, happiness, and mental wellness. You are loved. Lastly, I’m so proud of you.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
Anita
